The Services are provided for the internal use of current employees only and are intended to facilitate access to work-related information and self-service features such as attendance, payroll details, leave management, and other HR functions.

2. Nature of Services

The eCentral portal / apps are tools offered solely at the discretion of UDL Distribution (Pvt.) Limited. These Services are provided for convenience only and are not an entitlement or condition of employment. We reserve the right to discontinue, suspend, or modify any or all parts of the Services at any time, without prior notice or employee consent.

We are under no obligation to provide these Services or ensure uninterrupted access.

3. Eligibility

Access to the eCentral portal / apps is restricted to authorized, currently employed individuals of UDL Distribution (Pvt.) Limited. Access may be revoked upon termination of employment or in cases of misuse, policy violation, or other reasons deemed appropriate by the Company.
