We may collect personally identifiable information including but not limited to Employee Identification (validated against our internal database), email address, locations, Device Ids, Device Info, and any other information required for provision of UDL Distribution (Pvt.) Limited / UDL eCentral services and all operations incidental to provision of services.
We may collect limited usage data such as Browser and device data, App usage data,Device and OS information, Interaction logs (e.g., buttons clicked, forms filled), Data collected through cookies, pixel tags, and other technologies. Demographic and other data provided by you that does not reveal your specific identity.
Your data is used solely for internal purposes, including:
Access is restricted to verified & active employees only. During sign-up, user identity is matched against internal employee records.
We may bypass the sign-up process and issue pre-created accounts to our employees where applicable. Employee will then verify their accounts through email OTP authentication before accessing the app.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Data may be shared internally only under the following conditions:
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We use HTTPS / SSL to fulfill requests between your device and our servers.
At any time you intended to discontinue the use of eCentral services, you may request for account removal / deletion by sending us an email mentioning Employee Id / Username to eCentral@udlexpress.com with “Request for Account Removal / Deletion” in subject line, so that we can properly identify you and process your opt-out request after necessary verification. Please note that a reasonable period of time will be required to process your request after we receives it. Kindly note that deletion of your account from eCentral will not change your employee status, rather it will delete your user account from eCenral / ESS online services
Once the request has been processed, your user account / display profile information will be deleted from the eCentral & you shall no longer be able to use the service until you opt-out to register again with eCentral services.
We retain data only as long as required for:
Your data will be archived or deleted once your employment ends or access is no longer necessary as per HR policies.
We use this information, such as your mobile number, device ids and /or email address, to send you information and notices (“Service Notifications”) related to the execution of services, and they will continue for as long as you continue to receive our services.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement on www.udlexpress.com and other places we deem appropriate, so you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances if any, we disclose it.
